The Blind See

Arkansas-Chi-Alpha-Retreat-The Blind SeeAt an Arkansas Chi Alpha Retreat a young woman attended who had been blind from birth. She accepted Christ into her life and chose to be baptized in water.

They baptized her, but didn’t get her face fully submerged, so the campus pastor said, “baptize her again.”

When she came up from the water the second time, she opened her eyes and for the first time in her life, she could see! She was healed by the grace of God! But wait, the miracle story continues.

She called her mother with the miraculous news, and that is when her mother told her a secret, “when you were an infant the Lord told me that you would receive your sight when you were water baptized, and for some reason you would be baptized twice.” She left her cane behind at the retreat site. How exciting, Luke 7:22 is happening in our own day!

Great Lakes SALT Conference

We had a tremendous group of XA students and staff from the Great Lakes Area gather to seek the Lord in Chicago (see featured image, above). We had great times of worship, preaching and breakout training sessions. Over 700 attended. Gregg enjoyed his time sharing and praying with students during this MLK weekend event.

Glutting Update

Mid-March was so exciting, we are now officially back to a fully-funded missionary budget. THANK YOU for your SPECIAL part in our lives and our mission!

That’s the good news!

On the not-so-good-news side, Erin can use some additional prayer. About 4 weeks ago she accidentally hit her head and got another concussion. Erin has seen some improvement but is struggling with serious dizziness and headaches. Prayer is appreciated.

Again, please know how THANKFUL we are for YOU. Your prayer and financial support is such a blessing to us. We pray for you daily that God will meet your needs and return many-fold back to you regarding your sacrifice for us. Please feel free to email us with any specific prayer requests!

THANK YOU for being a SPECIAL part of our TEAM!!!

Hopeless No More “Die to yourself today, and gain true life for eternity,” I heard the pastor say. “Die to myself?” I thought, “what does that even mean?”. The only way I knew how to live was for myself. What did I need? What was best for me? How could I get ahead?...
